RESIFLEX 25, is a high-quality neutral, elastic one-component joint sealant based on polyurethane

CHARACTERISTICS
-easy to apply-permanently elastic after curing-very good adhesion to many surfaces

APPLICATION
-all usual building joints

APPLICATION EXAMPLES
-connection joints between window- and door frames and walls-expansion joints between many different construction materials-expansion joints in industrial floors

PACKAGING AND COLOURS
Colours: white-concrete grey-light brown-dark brown
Packaging: cartridges of 310 ml.- sausages of 600 ml.

SHELF LIFE
1 year in unopened packaging in a cool, dry storage place at temperatures between 5°C and 25° C

SURFACES
Substrate: Most of the usual building substrates, except
glass
State of Surface: clean, dry, free of grease
Preparation: for certain porous surfaces, apply Primer 100
(see primer table), no primer required for non porous
surfaces; for some plastics and painted surfaces the use of
primer might be required (see primer table)

JOINT SIZE
Minimum Width: 5 mm.
Maximum Width: 30 mm.
Minimum depth: 5 mm.
Recommendation: 2 x depth = width

APPLICATION
Application Method: Manual or pneumatic applicator gun
Application Temperature: +1° C until +30° C
Clean with: White Spirit immediately after application
Repair with: Resiflex 25
